About the lessons
We kindly ask that you confirm each lesson in advance. Rescheduling or cancellations are not allowed less than 4 hours before the scheduled class, so we encourage planning ahead.
Renewal Package
If you wish to renew your package, please reach out to us before the current package ends and complete the payment before your next lesson to keep your preferred schedule.
Payment
Time slots and lessons are only reserved once the package payment is made The payment must be made before the first class for the full package Don't miss any classes
Don't miss any classes
After your package is completed, you will have 20 extra days to make up for any classes that were canceled. We kindly suggest rescheduling missed classes within the same week of cancellation to avoid losing then.
If a cancellation is made less than 4 hours before the scheduled class, the class will be considerad as completed.
Classes not taken within the package’s time frame will be forfeited.
