- You can cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before the lesson time ⏰
- Cancellations made less than 4 hours before cannot be rescheduled and will be counted as completed.
- Lessons between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. should be cancelled the day before (before 9:00 p.m.) so we can make the necessary arrangements 💬
🚗 Please note that the teacher has around 15 extra minutes to arrive, just in case of traffic delays.
If she happens to arrive later than that, we’ll inform you right away — and the class can be rescheduled or added at the end of your package, so you won’t lose it at all 💖
🎵 Once the teacher arrives, the class time (30, 45, or 60 minutes) will be counted in full — we never deduct lesson time due to teacher delays.
📍 If you wish to change the class location, please inform us along with your confirmation. Otherwise, the teacher will go to the usual address.

We offer free shipping on all our instruments and, for acoustic pianos, the first tuning is free. Delivery takes 2-5 business days. No returns are accepted, as a teacher will verify the instrument’s proper functioning upon delivery.
