Purchase of Instruments

If a student is interested in purchasing an instrument, they must fill out a form with some specifications, and within 24 hours, they will be contacted with proposals according to their requirements. Once they choose the instrument, they must pay the total amount through a payment link. All our instruments come with free delivery, and in the case of acoustic pianos, the first tuning is on us, completely free. Delivery time is 2-5 business days (if more time is needed, they will be notified). There is no return policy once the instrument has been delivered, as a teacher will check the instrument’s proper functioning upon delivery.
