Completion Timeline: All classes must be completed within 37 days from the start date for standard packages, which are designed for one month.
Long-Term Packages: For long-term packages (3, 6, or 12 months), the completion deadline varies depending on the option chosen, and you have the option to pay for multiple packages at once.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel classes for free as long as you reschedule within the active package period.
Scheduling: Class schedules will be confirmed before payment

Fill out a form with your specifications and we will contact you within 24 hours with personalized proposals. Once you select your instrument, you can make the payment through a secure link. We offer free shipping on all our instruments and, for acoustic pianos, the first tuning is free. Delivery takes 2-5 business days. No returns are accepted, as a teacher will verify the instrument’s proper functioning upon delivery.
