Class Packages:
After the first class, the package you have chosen is activated. The student has 30 days to take the number of classes he has booked in the month.
Packages:
The student must choose a class package each month by the number of classes he or she plans to take over the next 30 days. Since the packages have an expiration period, the classes must be taken during the month.
Late Arrival Policy:
The teacher is authorized to arrive 15 minutes later than the scheduled time, this is due to the logistics of movement that we cannot foresee 100%. But in that case, the student will always receive all the minutes of his class. In case the delay is greater, the company will notify so that the student can decide if he wait for the teacher or if the class should be rescheduled or canceled and added to the end of his package.
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel a class, the student must notify us. It is his right to be able to do so up to 24 hours before the lesson. If he decides to cancel on the same day, unless it is an emergency he can demonstrate, the class will be counted as given. This is because, from the day before, he will receive a request for confirming his class, if the student confirms we will prepare all the logistics of transportation and class planning and it can no longer be changed.
To demonstrate emergencies for canceling the class the same day that is booked, the student must write an email to: easylearn@musichomedubai.ae with the title: EMERGENCY CANCELLATION, provide us with photos (in case of accident) or medical prescription in case of an emergency and his class will be rescheduled or canceled, and add to the end of the package.
In case the student has purchased a package and has an emergency and cannot continue, he must send us an email to: easylearn@musichomedubai.ae with the title: PACKAGE CANCELLATION, where he explains the situation and provide us with the necessary evidence. In that case, his package can be deactivated until he recovers and continues once he wants. Or after two months, if he is unable to return to classes, his money will be refunded in full (except for classes that have been received).
The student has one month and one week to consume all the classes that he has purchased with his package within a maximum period of one month and one week (37 days), we count on the personal organization and planning of each student, since, in case of not consuming all the lessons during that period, it will be discounted.
We recommend the student subscribes regularly, taking the same number of classes per week as are offered per package, but has the right to take the classes and change them at his convenience if they are all consumed within the estimated 37-day timeframe.
The teacher has the right to arrive up to 15 minutes late after the time agreed with the student for the class. This can happen due to traffic. However, the student will receive all the time corresponding to the time chosen in their package.
In case the delay is greater than 15 minutes, the student will be notified in advance and will be able to decide if he or she will wait for the teacher or if the class will be rescheduled or canceled and added to the end of his or her package.
If the student forgets to confirm or cancel a class up to 24 hours before the class and the teacher has already arrived home, the class will be counted as given.
The classes:
There are classes of 30 minutes, 45 minutes, and one hour. The student will always receive the class full time, if the teacher is late, the time will only start counting once the class starts. He has the right to receive all class time, with no exceptions. The classes we offer will be only individual and personalized according to the needs and objectives of each student.
Class Availability:
Before purchasing the package, the student will be able to check our availability in this calendar. Immediately get your package, you will be able to schedule classes at the most convenient times. At these times the spaces are very spacious, the student will not have the option of choosing a specific time, but a space within the day that he or she wants. This is due to the logistics and planning that must be prepared in advance. After obtaining the package and having already chosen the time slot that is most feasible for them, we will contact the student to give him the specific schedules in which he can choose the most convenient.
Make-up of missed classes:
Once the package is active, it lasts for one month (30 days) each package has a limit of possible cancellation classes (review packages), and those classes are added to the end of the package. Also, the student has the option of rescheduling the class within the same week that it was canceled, that way the disengagement with the instrument is less, and the monitoring of progress is more effective.
Trial Class:
In case the student does not have an instrument, the teacher will bring one from the school.
The teaching method, the books, and any doubts that the student has must be cleared.
The trial class has the cost of a single class, but if you register on the same day, you will have a 50% discount for that class.
If the student registers 24 hours after the trial class is given, he will not benefit from the discount.
If the student does not like the teacher, he can schedule another test class, but he must contact us and let us know the reason. Once scheduled, another teacher will go to the student’s house. This new class will be charged, although the student will still be able to benefit from the discount once they have registered on the same day of the second class.
Music Classes for People with Disabilities:
In this case, we recommend the student get the trial lesson without getting the package, and the teacher will let the student know if he can proceed with a program prepared for the student and what study plan could be effective, in addition to answering all his doubts.
Use of electronic devices during classes:
The student has the right to record the classes if he wishes, the teacher can also provide the student with videos or even record and deliver the homework in this way.
Please note that communication must be done through our customer service agents, not with private communications between the student and the teacher.
It is forbidden to have telephone conversations during the class or any device for personal or non-class purposes. In case the student requires it, this time counts during the class.
In case the teacher has to use the device for personal purposes during the class due to an emergency, he or she must add this time at the end of the class, so that the student does not lose a minute of his or her class time.
Online classes:
Each class is private and in real-time with the teacher.
Online classes are purchased monthly, corresponding to the number of classes he wishes to take during that month.
In case the student does not show up, he/she will lose the right to the class and it will be counted as received.
The teacher will wait for the student for up to 15 minutes after the session begins.
The student has the right to cancel or reschedule the class up to 12 hours before it.
Internal exams:
The internal exam is the option offered by our academy to assess achievements. Through a video that the student sends us, he will obtain the note with comments on what he has managed to do and what he could improve in the future. It is a good way to prepare before the international exam, as well as a way to finish his books and objectives by obtaining a certificate of accreditation of his level so far.
Registration for the internal exam is AED 80 per student. However, a student who has participated in a concert can obtain registration for the next internal exam completely free of charge.
The student must choose two pieces of the book that he or she is using, regardless of the level he or she has.
Once the student sends us the video of his exam and fills out the form, he must receive the grades, and the certificate with his evaluation and level, within 5 to 7 working days.
Students will have a deadline for submitting the videos (the 20th of each month that the exams are held: October, December, February, April, and June.)
The video will be reviewed by a specialist in the instrument and with a professional criterion.
International exams:
International exams are taken from the student’s home, since he only has to record a video playing 4 to 5 pieces, depending on the type of exam he chooses. For more information on this (see the exams section).
Our students can take international exams at any time of the year. There is no specific date to do so, we accept registrations without a deadline, you just have to access the website in the international exams section.
Once the student has the video ready for his exam and has the approval of the teacher, he must fill out the corresponding form, in addition to uploading the video. Once it has been reviewed, we will send him the payment link so he can make it and then you will receive notification that the video has been sent to the international exam platform. Once the certificate is already in the country, we will send it to him.
The arrival score of the international exam usually varies, often up to 15 days or more. We will always notify him of the follow-up we are committed to doing.
Concerts:
The school offers a concert every three months so that students who wish to participate can demonstrate their achievements.
The concert has a cost of AED 150 per student for organization, with the right to play 2 or 3 pieces.
The concerts will take place in the Steinway and Sons Dubai, with a piano of the highest quality and the best concert hall conditions.
Each participant will be able to bring up to 5 guests completely free of charge.
Students who participate in the concert have the right to take the next school internal exam completely free of charge.
A uniform is not required to attend the academy’s presentations, although formal clothing must be worn. The students can choose the colors they want.
Teachers:
All our teachers are qualified with a university degree in the specialty they teach.
Purchase of the instruments:
In case the student is interested in the purchase of an instrument, he must fill out a form with some specifications, and in 24 hours he will be contacted with the proposals according to his requirements. Once he chooses the instrument, he must pay the entire value through a payment link. All our instruments have completely free delivery, and in the case of acoustic pianos, the first tuning will be on us, totally free. The delivery time will be 2-5 working days (if he requires more time, he will be notified). There is no return policy once the instrument has been delivered, as a teacher will go to check the correct functionality of the instrument.
In case he decides to start classes without obtaining an instrument beforehand, our company has the necessary instruments so that the teacher, in that case, can transport the instrument to his home and thus receive his classes until the student can get his instrument.
Please note that the sale of instruments can only be made within the United Arab Emirates.

When this third party enters our website through your link, he will automatically receive a 100% discount on his trial lesson, and if after the trial lesson, he decides to register for our classes you will automatically receive a 20% discount voucher for your next package.
These referral bonuses are not cumulative, you are entitled to use one for each class package you purchase, however, you can store them in your profile and use them in each of the packages you purchase without limits.
