Internal and International Examination
International Exams
At Music Home, we offer our students the opportunity to take international exams from the comfort of their homes. Students only need to record a video performing 4 to 5 musical pieces, depending on the type of exam they choose.
Flexibility and Access:
Our students can take international exams at any time of the year. Simply access the international exams section on our website to register
Evaluation Times:
The evaluation time for international exams can vary, sometimes taking up to a month or more. Please note that this timeframe is determined by the international institution, not us. We are committed to keeping our students informed about the status and tracking of their exams at all times.
Registration and Submission Process:
Video Preparation
Once the student has the video ready for their exam and has received approval from their teacher, they must complete the corresponding form and upload the video to our platform.
Review and Payment
After reviewing the video, we will send a payment link. Once the payment is made, you will receive a notification confirming that the video has been sent to the international exam platform.
Certificate Reception
Once the certificate arrives in the country, we will send it to the student. Please note that this process can take up to four months.
Internal Exams
At Music Home, we offer our students the option to take internal exams to evaluate their musical achievements. Through a video submitted by the student, they will receive a grade along with comments on their accomplishments and areas for improvement. This is an excellent way to prepare for international exams and to complete their books and targets, obtaining a certificate that accredits their current level.
Submission Deadlines :
Students must submit their videos by the 20th of the month in which exams are held: October, December, February, April, and June.
Internal Exam Details:
Registration Fee
The registration fee for the internal exam is 80 AED per student. However, students who have participated in a concert can register for the next internal exam free of charge.
Selection of Pieces
Students must choose two pieces from the book they are using, regardless of their level.
Submission and Evaluation Process
After recording their video and completing the corresponding form, students must submit both for evaluation. A specialist in the field will review the video using professional criteria for assessment.
Receiving Results
Students will receive their grades and certificates, along with their evaluation and level, within 5 to 7 business days.
