Our Trial Lesson is the perfect opportunity to meet your teacher, experience our teaching approach, and discover how music lessons with Music Home work before committing to a package.

The trial lesson is a private one-on-one lesson conducted at your home by one of our qualified music teachers. The teacher will bring any required instrument when applicable (piano keyboard, violin, cello, microphone, speaker, etc.), allowing you to experience the lesson without needing to own an instrument immediately.

The lesson is designed to:

* Evaluate the student's current level.
* Understand the student's goals and interests.
* Introduce fundamental musical concepts.
* Demonstrate our teaching methodology.
* Recommend the most suitable learning plan moving forward.

Whether the student is a complete beginner or already has previous experience, the lesson will be adapted to their age, level, and objectives.

The trial lesson fee is:

AED 150 (VAT Included)

Payment must be completed in advance in order to reserve the lesson slot.

Please note that trial lesson payments are non-refundable unless Music Home is unable to provide the lesson due to teacher cancellation.

For piano classes, children can begin around age 5 when they can recognize letters and numbers. For singing lessons, age 8 and above is ideal, as the voice is more developed. We also have dedicated programs for adults who want to start learning music at any age!

During the trial lesson, the teacher will:

* Introduce themselves and create a comfortable learning environment.
* Assess the student's musical background and current abilities.
* Teach age-appropriate material based on the student's level.
* Discuss learning goals and future expectations.
* Answer any questions from the student or parents.
* Provide professional recommendations regarding lesson duration, frequency, and learning materials.

At the end of the lesson, our Customer Service team will contact you to receive your feedback and assist you with enrollment if you wish to continue.

For students interested in trying two different instruments or two different teachers on the same day, we offer a special Double Trial option.

* AED 300 for two trial lessons.

* AED 130 per trial lesson when both trials are scheduled on the same day.

Definitely! Learning both helps you understand music deeply - piano improves your rhythm and theory, while singing builds your expression and ear training.

Yes.

The trial lesson may be:

* Rescheduled once, or
* Cancelled once and rescheduled one final time.

To qualify for a reschedule, requests must be made at least 12 hours before the lesson start time.

Requests made with less than 12 hours' notice may result in the lesson being considered completed.
